Made of 3 mm Aluminum Composite panel having Aluminum foil of thickness 0.2mm on both the side affixed with yellow high intensity prismatic sheet. 66LEDs with PC shall be affixed in such away that it will form the shape of arrow. Solar panel will be placed on top of the board of lo volt, 22omA along with rechargeable battery of 7.2 volt, 2500mA shall be provided for continues blinking of LED during the Night after Apx. 6 Hrs. Recharging during the day. Board Panel shall be covered with the same size of 6 mm Acrylic sheet. Mounted on MS Pipe of 65mm dia 1.2 mm thick with height of 3750 mm.
